We outline here some information about our fees as a guide. For more accurate information depending on the details of your matter,  please contact us to discuss your matter. 

Civil Litigation and Disputes

Work typically varies considerably in this area of law. Charges range from £150 and £300 per hour depending on the complexity of the matter and expertise required.  If we consider it possible or appropriate to agree fixed fees for particular parts of the work then we will offer that to you. Also we will discuss where possible funding of your matter under Before the Event or After the Event insurance where this is available or where other forms of funding may be available. We do not provide publicly funded legal services or what is commonly referred to as Legally Aided services.

The above does not include any disbursements such as court fees or fees payable to a barrister or other expert, for example. 

We will advise you when VAT is payable for any services, which will be added to the fees accordingly. 

Family Law

Work required in this field vary from Uncontested Divorces to Children related matters to Financial Remedy,  at times with urgent hearings from off-shoots relating to these matters such as Non-Molestation Orders or Injunctions. We typically charge between £150 and £300 per hour, offering fixed fees for pieces of work where possible. We may be able to agree fixed fees for some pieces of work although this is not always possible.  

The above does not include any disbursements such as court fees or fees payable to a barrister or other expert, for example. 

We will advise you when VAT is payable for any services, which will be added to the fees accordingly. 

Immigration Law

We offer free 20 minute consultations for immigration matters which allows us to assess what work is required. If we consider that it will take longer to assess this then we charge £175 per hour for the assessment. Following this we may be able to offer fixed prices for specific applications. If we cannot agree fixed fees we will provide best fee estimates we can depending on the work required according to the facts of your case. 

The above prices do not include VAT or disbursements, such as fees payable to third parties or experts like court fees, Home Office fees, barrister fees and the like. These matters will be discussed in more detail and agreed at the outset of your matter.
